Redroc Creative Get yours built

Food trucks and mobile caterers · Orlando

Your Instagram gets you found. It doesn't get you booked.

A real website for your truck, with the catering side built in. It quotes the job, holds the date, and answers the questions you are answering yourself at eleven at night. You get that time back.

I build your site before you pay me anything.

  • Up front

    Nothing. I build it first

  • Price

    Starts at $179/month

Sound familiar?

The 11pm message

Someone asks what you'd charge for 80 people. You see it the next afternoon. The job went to another truck that morning.

Same question, every time

The same question arrives again and again, and it is the same math every time. Hours a week you are not getting paid for.

The one that slips

Bookings in your texts, dates in your head, deposits you have to remember to chase. Sooner or later one slips, and it is never the small one.

None of this is the part you got into food for.

One I built for a rancher

A while back I built a site for a rancher who sells beef by the half and whole cow. He is also a landlord with thirteen properties, so the only time he could return calls was after eight at night, and by then he was usually too tired to talk anyone through the difference between the breeds.

He needed a website that could stand on its own two feet. So the site asks three questions and tells a customer which breed suits them, instead of him doing it at the end of a long day.

It quotes the job while you are on the grill

The quote engine, start to finish. Twenty five seconds, no sound. Pepperbox BBQ is an invented truck. Every name, date and figure here is made up.
1

Prices the job while you sleep

They pick the date, the headcount and the package, and see a real number in under a minute. At 11pm, without you.

2

Holds the date so they stop shopping

The confirmation says their date is held for 24 hours. In my experience that is usually what stops them messaging three other trucks.

3

Keeps every customer you ever quote

Filed by event date, so next year you can reach the people who booked last year before they go looking.

4

Shows you what it brought in

You get your own dashboard, separate from the site your customers see. What came in this month, next to what you pay me. No mystery.

What it costs

Every plan includes a complete new website, built from scratch.

Not a template, not a patch on what you have now. The difference between them is not how good the site looks. It is how much of the selling and the paperwork the site takes off your hands.

The Front Window

$179/month

Billed monthly. No contract, cancel any month.

For trucks who mostly serve a window and need to be found and reachable.

  • Custom site, domain, hosting, security
  • Menu, photos, tap to call, directions
  • Google Business Profile set up
  • 4 content changes a month
  • Monthly value report
Most trucks

The Catering Engine

$299/month

Billed monthly. No contract, cancel any month.

For trucks doing real private and corporate events, where one booking is worth more than a week of lunches.

$1,000 booked in 90 days, or your next three months are free. How that works

  • Everything in the Front Window, plus
  • Instant per-head quote calculator
  • Live calendar, dates held automatically
  • Customer list and follow-up emails
  • Full booking dashboard
One truck at a time

The Back Office

$499/month

Billed monthly. No contract, cancel any month.

For trucks whose work is mostly corporate, wedding and venue events, where the paperwork is what slows the booking down. I set this up for one truck at a time, over your first few weeks, once your documents are in. Ask me when the next slot is.

$1,500 booked in 90 days, or your next three months are free. How that works

  • Everything in the Engine, plus
  • Your contract, filled in and signed online
  • Deposit request paid into your own account
  • Your insurance certificate and W-9, sent on request
  • Reminder and final-details emails
  • Your cancellation and weather terms, shown up front
  • A map of where your bookings actually come from
Compare the three plans line by line

The Catering Engine plan wins you the booking. The Back Office plan gets the booking through a company's approval process, which is where most trucks lose corporate work. Every document it sends is one you gave it: your contract, your certificate, your W-9. I do not write them and I do not sign them. The site just gets them out the door in seconds. If a client has never asked you for a certificate of insurance, you do not need the Back Office plan and I will tell you so.

90day promise

$1,000 of booked catering in 90 days, or the next three months are free.

That is usually one event. If your site has not booked you $1,000 of catering within 90 days of going live, you do not pay me for months four, five and six. On the Back Office plan the number is $1,500. Not a discount and not a trial.

The exact terms
  • Booked means an event on your calendar with a date and a price you agreed to. Not an inquiry, not a quote you sent.
  • From the site means their first contact with you came through it. A quote request, the contact form, or tapping your number on the page. If it is unclear whose lead it was, it counts in your favor.
  • The clock starts the day you go live, not the day you say yes.
  • The one thing I ask back: reply to the people it sends you. If the site produces messages and they sit unanswered, that is not the site failing.

The dashboard counts every request and every booking with the money attached, so the number is on a screen rather than in an argument. That is also why I can offer this and a booking platform cannot.

No contract on monthly. Cancel any month.  ·  No setup fee. Nothing up front.  ·  You own it. Leave with your files.

How to get started

Your site does the explaining while you are working, so the people who call you already know roughly what you charge and how you work.

01

You Fill out the short form

What you serve, which events you do, and what you turn down. Two minutes, and it is the only thing I need to get started. Start it here.

02

Me I build your new site

A real working site with your food and your prices in it. On the Engine plan the quote calculator works too, so you can price a job on it yourself before you decide. No cost, and nothing owed if you walk away.

03

Us Then we go live

You send me everything you want changed, I make it, and it goes live on your own domain. That is when your first month starts, and not a day before.

Straight answers

Do I actually own it?

Yes. Site, photos, copy, domain, all yours. Cancel and I hand over the files. Nothing is held hostage.

What if I cancel in month two?

On monthly, you cancel in month two. No contract, no penalty. I take that risk on purpose so you do not have to. The one exception is the annual rate, which is a twelve month term in exchange for the lower price.

I already have a website.

Most trucks do, and most were built once and never touched again. I will tell you honestly if yours is fine.

Is there a cheaper option?

Not from me. Below $179 there is no margin left on my end, and I will not put my name on work I had to rush.

What exactly is the 90 day promise?

If your site has not booked you $1,000 of catering within 90 days of going live, months four, five and six are free. On the Back Office plan it is $1,500. Booked means an event on your calendar with a date and an agreed price, not an inquiry. Anything ambiguous counts in your favor. All I ask is that you answer the people it sends you.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No, on any plan. Booking platforms usually take 7% to 15%, which on a $2,000 event is $140 to $300 of your money for one job. The monthly number is the whole cost.

Can I pay for the year instead?

Yes, and it is the annual rate, not an annual bill. You still pay monthly, the same as everyone else, you just pay less each month: $149, $249 or $416 depending on the plan. Over a year that is two months' worth back in your pocket.

The trade is that the annual rate is a twelve month term, so it is the one place I do ask you to commit. Monthly is still the default and there is no contract on it at all. If cash is tight, take monthly. I would rather have you on the plan you can actually keep.

Where does the deposit money go?

Into your own account, always. The site asks for it and sends the link. I never hold, touch or route your customers' money, and I would not build it any other way.

What if I want changes?

You get one round before it goes live: send me the whole list, I work through it, it goes live. After that changes come out of your monthly allowance, which is four a month on the Front Window plan and a couple of hours on the others. That does not run out, so you are not rationed, you just are not waiting weeks to be online.

You have no website today. A good one live on Tuesday earns you more than a perfect one live in six weeks, and once it is up I can keep tuning it for as long as you are with me.

What exactly do you build before I pay?

Your site. Live, working, on a phone, with your food, your photos and your prices in it. On the Catering Engine plan the quote calculator works too, so you can price a job on it yourself before you decide anything. That is the part you judge me on, and it costs you nothing.

The $499 paperwork side comes after you go live, for a boring reason: it runs on your contract, your insurance certificate and your W-9. Until those are in my hands there is nothing to build.

Do you write my contract for me?

No. You bring the contract you already use, the same way you bring your logo and your photos. The site fills in the name, date, headcount and price and sends it for signature. I build the machinery. The words in it stay yours.

How soon can the Back Office side be running?

I set it up for one truck at a time, so the honest answer depends on whether a slot is open. Ask me and I will tell you straight, before you count on a date. Once we start it is your first few weeks, and your site and quote calculator are live long before then either way.

Can you send an insurance certificate that names my customer?

Only your insurance agent can do that, and it usually takes a few business days. What the site does is send your standard certificate the second somebody asks, and start the request with your agent the same day instead of the day you finally see the email. That head start is normally the difference.

Who this is not for

  • If you serve a lunch window and never do private events, the Catering Engine plan is not worth it and I will tell you straight.
  • If nobody has ever asked you for a certificate of insurance or a signed contract, you do not need the Back Office plan. I would rather sell you the Catering Engine and keep you than oversell you once.
  • If you are in your first six months, put the money into the truck instead.
  • If you want to approve every word and every photo over several weeks before anything goes live, I am the wrong person. This only works if we get you online and improve it from there.

Let me build your website first.

I will build a real working version for your truck and show you before you pay anything. You get a round of changes, then it goes live and the first month starts. If you do not like it, you have lost the few minutes it took to fill this in. Only the first few are required, skip anything that does not apply.

Do you do catering or private events?
If your site had a proper catering page, what would you want more of? Tick as many as you like. This is about what you want, not what you already do.

Where you show up online all optional

Anywhere else?

Do you have a website right now?

Do you have photos of your food?
Nothing to send right now. If we end up working together I will set you up somewhere proper to drop them, at full size.

No cost, no obligation, and I will not put you on a mailing list.
