License terms

Short version: one business, one website, and I keep it running. The longer version is below, in plain words.

What you are buying

A license to use the Instant Quote Kit for one business on one website. The calculator runs on Redroc Creative's servers. You get a settings page to set your prices and one line of code to put on your site. You do not get a copy of the calculator's code, and you do not need one: every change you publish shows up on your site by itself.

One business, one website

• The form works on the website address in your settings and on its subdomains (like catering.yourbusiness.com).
• If your website builder shows your page from its own address while you edit, you can allow that address in your settings too.
• You can change your website address yourself, up to 3 times in 30 days, for example when you move to a new domain.
• Anywhere else, the form shows "unlicensed" and sends nothing.

What you can't do

• Use one kit for more than one business, or pass it on to another business.
• Resell it, or give out your kit number for someone else to use.
• Copy, rebuild or take apart the calculator.
• Use it to send anything other than real quote requests.

Breaking these means I can switch the kit off.

Your data

Your prices and settings are yours. Quote requests are emailed to you and to the customer who asked. The kit does not keep a copy of them. To stop spam, it keeps a scrambled version of each customer's email address and internet address for up to two days, only to count how many requests they send, and then deletes it. I never sell or share any of it.

Every email a customer gets says it is an estimate, and that you will confirm the price and the date. The estimate comes from the prices you set, so check them. You decide which bookings to take.

Refunds

If the kit is not right for you, email me within 14 days of buying and I will refund you in full. Refunding switches the kit off.

How long it runs

You pay once, and your kit keeps working for as long as Redroc Creative runs the Quote Kit. There is no monthly fee. If I ever stop running it, I will email you at least 90 days before, and send you a copy of your settings.

Who you are buying from

Redroc Creative LLC, Orlando, Florida. Payments are taken by Stripe. The kit is sold to US businesses only for now. If you buy from outside the US, I will refund you in full.
