Redroc Creative Book a call
For local service businesses Orlando, FL

Your week is full of work a computer should do.

The Operations Blueprint is a written plan showing the 3 to 5 places software hands those hours back, with the real tools and the real numbers. One 30-minute call is everything I need from you. It's free, and nothing is charged unless you decide to build.

    Blueprint in two business days

The promise

At least five hours a week, or I tell you there is nothing here.

Within two business days of our call, I will show you at least five hours a week your business spends on work software should be doing, ranked by what is worth fixing first. If I look and there is nothing worth fixing, I will say that instead of selling you something.

It is free because I would rather show you what I do than tell you.

Some people call this an AI audit. I do not, because "audit" sounds like homework, and this one is on me.

Sound familiar

Where the hours actually go.

9pm, kitchen table

You're retyping the same quote for the third time today. Once in the estimate, once in the email, once in the invoice. Same numbers, three places.

Tuesday, on a job

Four calls went to voicemail while your hands were full. At least one of those callers has already reached the next name on their list.

Every single week

"Do you service my area?" "Are you open Saturday?" "What's a rough price?" You have typed the same three answers more times than you can count.

What you get

The blueprint, section by section.

This is the actual deliverable. Not a sales brochure, a working document you can act on the week you get it.

  1. Your operation, on one page

Where the time goes today, in your words. We agree on the problem before I prescribe anything.

  2. The 3 to 5 opportunities

The places software saves you the most time or money, ranked by payoff against effort. Quick wins first.

  3. The exact tools, with three numbers each

For every opportunity: the specific tool I would use, what it costs per month, the rough cost to set it up, and the hours it hands back each week. If the math does not work for a recommendation, it does not go in the blueprint.

  4. The order to do it in

What to start with this month and what can wait, so you are not buying five subscriptions on day one.

  5. What to skip

The stuff that sounds impressive and is not worth your money. Knowing what not to buy is half the value.

How it works

One call. I do the rest.

The assessment call

30 minutes on how your business actually runs. Where the hours go, what gets retyped, what gets missed. No pitching, no tech talk.

The analysis

I take what you told me and work out where software genuinely helps, what each fix costs, and what it hands back. You do nothing during this part.

The blueprint lands

Within two business days the written blueprint hits your inbox. Act on it yourself, hand it to someone you trust, or call me. It is yours either way.

The bigger picture

AI is a ladder, not a light switch.

Nobody jumps from pen and paper to robots overnight. Every business climbs the same rungs, one at a time, and each rung hands back a different chunk of your week.

Four rungs · one climb

Most businesses are here

Rung 0

Everything by hand

You are the software. Quotes, follow-ups, and scheduling all live in your head and your evenings.

Where the blueprint takes you

Rung 1

AI helps while you watch

Drafting quotes, writing review replies, summarizing paperwork. You approve everything before it goes out. Faster, not hands-off.

Rung 2

One job runs itself

Missed calls get answered. Review requests go out on their own. You check in on the work instead of doing it.

Rung 3

The boring parts run themselves

A few of those jobs working together in the background while you do the work only you can do.

You do not need to reach the top, and you should not try to climb it all at once. The blueprint tells you which rung you are on, what one step up looks like for your business, and what that step costs.

What one looks like

One blueprint, start to finish.

A two-truck pressure washing company. Two people, one of them the owner, and both of them on jobs all day.

The call turned up the same three things it usually does. Quotes retyped into three places. Four or five calls a day going to voicemail while both trucks were running. Review requests that only went out when somebody remembered.

The blueprint ranked four fixes by payoff against effort, named the two tools that covered them, and said to start with the missed calls, because that one pays for the other three. It also said to skip the AI chatbot they had been quoted four thousand dollars for.

That is an illustration, not a case study. Your blueprint runs the numbers on your business, with your hours and your rates.

What happens after

If you want the fixes built.

The blueprint is yours either way. Take it and set things up yourself, hand it to someone you trust, or never think about it again.

But if you would rather not touch any of it, this is the kind of work I build afterward.

Automation build

From $750

Connect the tools you already pay for so information moves itself. The quote you type once shows up in the estimate, the email, and the invoice.

Custom workflow

From $1,500

Your most repeated routine turned into a one-click operation. Built around how you actually work, not a template.

Process redesign

From $2,000

When the problem is the process, not the tools. We map how the work flows today, cut the waste, and rebuild it so jobs stop piling up on your desk.

Knowledge system

From $2,500

The answers that live in your head, made searchable. Your team gets what they need without interrupting you on a job.

Every recommendation in your blueprint comes with its own real quote, so you will know exactly what your version costs before you decide. And when the plan calls for a better website, that is the other half of what I do.

About

One person. That's the point.

Redroc Creative is one person: me, Brian. The person you talk to on the assessment call is the person who writes your blueprint and the person who builds your fixes. No account managers, no handoffs, no waiting three days for the person who actually does the work to hear about your request.

I work with the businesses around me: contractors, restaurants, and health practices in the Orlando area. Local matters here. I can meet you at your shop, eat at your restaurant, and see your sign on my way home.
